This is an official Sailor Moon North American release from the 90s. This is a set of 8 conical cardboard party hats with Sailor Moon and Luna on them. These hats are still new in the original package but the package has a split in the bottom. This set is a wonderful bit of 90s nostalgia and a unique Sailor Moon collectible that would look great in your Sailor Moon collection!
