Privacy policy

We take your privacy very seriously and we will ONLY use your information to contact you about your order or any special requests you may have made. Your email address will be used for Cart Reminders which you may opt-out of at any time. We will not send any additional marketing emails unless you have double opted in to our email newsletter.

We collect and store the email addresses, names, phone numbers, IP Addresses and mailing addresses you provide for use in connection with the orders you have made. We do not distribute or sell this information.

Payment information is collected and stored with 3rd party payment processors: your payment information is collected by PayPal if you choose Paypal during the checkout process (Paypal's privacy policy can be viewed here) Your payment information is collected by Shopify Payments powered by Stripe if you chose to pay with a credit card (Stripe's Privacy Policy is here). We do not store any credit card or other payment information directly. 

You have the right to request that we remove any information we've collected from you at any time. Simply contact us at avane@avaneshop.com and we'll process your request as soon as possible.


We do not share or sell any of the information we collect with any third parties. However when browsing the site anonymous browsing data is shared with Google Analytics (Google's privacy policy is outlined here) none of your personal information is shared with Google by us, but we are listing this in the interest of complete transparency.

In short we don't like spam or any more than you do and will do our best not to be the source of any.
