Sanrio The Runabouts Ruler from 1988. This is an 80s vintage child's ruler from Japan and features The Runabouts and several cut out stencils. Ruler is still in plastic with the original cardboard tag. Outer packaging has wear, dirt and scuffs but is still intact after 30 decades of storage. The Runabouts are an uncommon Sanrio character ( if you can call a collection of vehicles a character) and this is a cute little piece.
