Sanrio Hello Kitty Ruler from 1988. This is an 80s vintage child's ruler from Japan and features Hello Kitty with a bear along with several cut out stencils. Ruler is a pink ombre color but we're unsure if it was always that way or if it has faded over times. Ruler is still in plastic with the original cardboard tag. Outer packaging has wear, dirt and scuffs but is still intact after 30 decades of storage. A super cute piece and perfect for your collection.
