San-X Prinny Mu Ruler from 1992. This is a vintage child's ruler from Japan and features San-X bear character Prinny Mu along with his friend Pick the Mouse. Ruler is still in plastic but the plastic has some wear and ruler has some minor scuffs from long term storage. A super cute piece and perfect for your collection.
