Original Production cel from the Platinumhugen Ordian Anime directed by Masami Oburi! If you're unfamiliar with animation cels, they are hand painted frames of animation that were used to make an animated series of film. Each production cel or sketch represents part of the movement process and are hand painted or hand drawn by animators so no two are exactly alike. They're a lot like movie props. :)
This is a beautiful oversized cel of Nell. Comes with matching Douga sketch. Cel and sketch are in good shape with minor wear and some irregularities with the tap holes (probably due to size). First image is cropped for detail, Additional images are full artwork. With all production art please expect some wear from the animation process. Ordian isn't known for having a great storyline, but does often have gorgeous artwork and this is an absolutely stunning piece, originally purchased for our personal collection. A beautiful anime cel perfect for any collection.
