I'll Make a Habit of it (Chou Kuse ni Narisou) Furoku Tissue Pack, from Nakayosi Magazine Magazine. This is an unopened tissue pack with cute images from the manga on both sides. A hard to find piece and great for any fan of the manga or anime.
