Vintage 1991 Captain Planet figure by Tiger Electronics. This is Wheeler (James Wheeler) the bearer of the fire power ring. Figure is in nice vintage shape, some marks and wear but no major damages but sparking action isn't currently working (though it's possible I just didn't pull the lever enough). Overall a nice display piece and a fun 90s toy and a great piece of 90s cartoon nostalgia.
