San-X Rilakkuma Korilakkuma bottle sleeve. This was originally a bonus when buying a Ioten drink in a Japanese convenience store. Measures approx. 7" tall and is meant to fit over a plastic bottle. Still comes with it's original omake bag. A unique little collectible perfect for any Rilakkuma fan.
