One Piece Tony Tony Chopper Figure. This figure is from the Banpresto Soft Vinyl Mascot line of One Piece figures. This features Chopper sitting in a cloud. Figure has previously been on display and has some minor rubs, but is in good shape overall. A nice little piece perfect for any One Piece Collection.
