Japanese Figure from Disney's 101 Dalamatians, mostly likely part of a gacha or gashapon line. This is one of the puppies (maybe Rolly it looks pretty chubby) with a plastic case. Very good shape and a lot of nice detail for a small figure. A unique figure that looks great on display.
