Very Cute Black Lace and Feather Miniature Hat hair fascinator. This is new without packaging. Hat measures approximately 5.5" x 2" and attaches to the head with 2 alligator clips. This has lace trim and features a bow with a gem and feather accent. This is a very cute hat and is great off brand piece for EGL for Lolita costumes and Cosplay. This hat is surprisingly easy to wear and looks great with a variety of outfits. A very fun little accessory.
