Official Nintendo Pokemon Kids Electrike figure. This is an official Pokemon toy and is made of hollow Plastic. Please not that while we think this is a Bandai "pokemon kids" release we can't actually find another to compare against, but it has official markings and is hollow. This has been in storage with several other figures and has some minor marks. This looks great on display and makes a great addition for your Pokemon collection.
