Preacher comic action figure of Tulip O'Hare. This figure is of Tulip's original comic character design. This was released via DC Direct back in 1999. Figure is in good shape, just some minor marks from being displayed and stored. She's well detailed and looks great on display. There's very little merchandise for the Preacher comic available and this makes a great piece for any fan.
