Official Japanese Mario Miniature Ink Stamper of a Penguin Suit. This is a small stamper styled like a question mark block other than the top which has an image of the penguin suit the stamp image is of. This is NOT a self inking stamp so you will need an ink pad to use it. Stamp is in good shape overall but does have some indented scratches on the very top. A fun and unique little collectible for any Mario fan.
