GI Joe Vartan figure. This is a chibi or SD style mini figure from 2008. This is Vartan with a bow and arrow. It's been stored with other figures so it might have some minor marks and wear, but looks fantastic overall. A nice looking piece and a wonderful collectible for any fan.
