Simplicity adult costume patterns by Andrea Schewe Pattern number 9454. This is size HH which is ladies sizes 6 8 10 12. Patterns and instructions included are for 3 different gowns and fairy wings. Pattern is uncut and complete in it's original envelope though the envelope has been opened and there's some damage from a removed price sticker on the front. This is intended to be used for fairy costumes but would also work for elves or a goddess.
